Vitamins And Health Are Lacking These Days

Do you want to know one of the main reasons why some people are vibrant and full of energy, while others are constantly run down and listless?    There are many different factors which could be causing this, but one of the big ones is a vitamin deficiency.  Vitamins and health  go together like Christmas and Santa, and if you’re not getting the vitamins you need you’re harming your health.  Unfortunately, that’s the case with millions of Americans these days.

Have you noticed just how sickly more and more Americans look  in 2008?  It’s not a pretty picture at all.  It’s true that the average lifespan keeps inching up, but that’s from the healthy habits of older Americans, who are passing away and being replaced with people whose habits aren’t nearly as healthy as theirs were.  Experts say in a few years our average lifespan will start decreasing. Not only are we getting less healthy as a nation all the time, we’re also getting fatter and fatter as a group.  If you’re over the age of 40, you probably have trouble remembering more than one or two overweight kids when you were in elementary school.  Back then they were few and far between.  Now they’re everywhere, and the numbers of obese kids is increasing.  And one of the main causes of this is poor nutrition,  which is not only full of all sorts of things that are unhealthy, it’s also pretty much devoid of vitamins.

Our bodies need vitamins to function properly, and when we don’t get enough our well being suffers.  Vitamins and health are closely interrelated, and you can’t have good health in the absence of the proper amounts of vitamins.  And our health is the most important thing we possess.  Without it, nothing else much matters.  It’s therefore imperative that we get the necessary vitamins our bodies need every day.  It’s even more important that we make sure our children are receiving the proper intake of vitamins.  Vitamins and health are too important too ignore.
